How a property marketing campaign comes together
Every scheme is different, but most campaigns we run follow the same shape:
- Brand – we name the scheme and design its identity while it is still in planning, so it is ready before anything is built.
- Site – hoardings and site boards announce the development and start building awareness during construction.
- Launch – the brochure, website, photography and launch film go live together, often with an event or agents’ briefing.
- Leasing or sales – we keep particulars, availability schedules and the website up to date as units let or sell, and produce new material for each phase.
- Completion – reception and wayfinding signage carry the brand into the finished building.
One studio, start to finish
Working with one studio across all five stages means the scheme looks consistent from the first hoarding to the last letting board, and nobody has to brief a new supplier halfway through.

What does a property marketing agency do?
A property marketing agency creates the material that lets, sells or promotes a building: the brand and name, brochures and particulars, websites, photography, site hoardings and signage, and launch events. Our studio is at 40 Trafalgar Lane in Leith, Edinburgh, and we work on property marketing across Scotland.
Can you handle design and print together?
Yes. We run our own print studio, so brochures, signage and exhibition graphics are designed and produced in the same building, with full control over colour and finish.
How quickly can you turn a brochure around?
It depends on page count, photography and the print finish you want. Tell us your launch date and we’ll plan the schedule back from it.
Do you work with developers directly, or through agents?
Both. Some projects come to us from the letting or sales agents, others from the developer or their project manager. Either way, we work with the whole team.
