Most of the brochures we design follow a familiar running order, because that is how agents and occupiers read them. A typical commercial brochure covers these seven things.

Location

How we work

Every project starts with a page plan: a simple outline of what goes on each spread, agreed with the agents before design begins. That keeps the content focused and avoids late surprises. We then design two or three key spreads so you can see the direction before we lay out the full document.

Once the layout is approved we produce proofs on our own presses, so you can check colour, stock and finish on the real thing rather than on screen. Alongside the printed brochure we supply a lightweight digital PDF for email and the agents’ websites, and we can keep both versions up to date as availability changes.

Because the same team handles design, photography, plans and print, there are fewer handovers and fewer things to go wrong. Your brochure is designed with the printed result in mind from the first page.

Printed in-house

We run our own print studio rather than sending files away. Our designers work directly with our printers to test stocks and finishes and check colour, and reprints are straightforward when availability or terms change.
